絶品☆菜っぱと厚揚げのオイル蒸し

これは、あまりにも美味しくって、たびたび作っているレシピです。

「菜っ葉と厚揚げのオイル蒸し」

たっぷり目のオリーブオイルを熱したフライパンに
厚揚げと菜っ葉と塩を入れ、ふたをして強火で蒸すだけ♪

味付けは塩だけです


今回は”スーパーグレイン（驚異の雑穀）”と呼ばれているアマランスも入れて、たらこ風味にしてみました♪


関西ならではの”ばんせい菜（しろ菜）”を使いましたが、小松菜や白菜やちんげん菜etc…

★菜っぱと厚揚げのオイル蒸しのレシピ

＜材料　2人分＞
ばんせい菜２束　　　厚揚げ１パック　　　アマランサス大３
オリーブオイル大３～５　　　塩小さじ１

＜作り方＞
①厚揚げと菜っぱは適当にスライスする。アマランサスは洗っておく
②フライパンにオリーブオイルを熱し、すべての材料を入れ、
　 強火で８～９分蒸す。アマランサスに火が通ったらできあがり！

※菜っ葉はなんでもOKです。
※オイルは好みで加減してください
